Download Version 12 Updates
Please read all update documentation and watch all available videos on each newer version when updating. This is paramount, especially if updating from older versions. Many aspects of Mozaik are updated, modified, changed, improved as we progress the software.
When updating to a new major release it itis good practice to create a full backup of Mozaik first. Click Tools>Backup/Restore and click "Create Full Mozaik Backup"
If you are updating from a version older than Version 9, Please be sure to backup before installing Version 12, make a note of all your pricing methods as they will need to be recreated.

Optional V12.2 Product Library Installer
As the software progresses we will occasionally provide optional improved product libraries and insert libraries for your convenience. These libraries may contain new appliances, inserts, cabinets, graphics, plumbing fixtures, and more. When you run the library installer, you can choose the product or insert libraries that you would like to install. These are optional and you are not required to download them.
