After the initial 90-day trial subscription Mozaik will email you a renewal form. This form will invite you to continue your subscription for the next 12 months. 

After the initial 90-day period has ended Mozaik customers may elect to sign up annually. At that time you may choose to have your payments applied monthly and receive monthly codes, quarterly with quarterly codes, or pay the entire year and receive one code.  All renewal contracts are annual contracts. All sales are final, no cancellations, no refunds.
