If you are upgrading your computer and want to move your Mozaik license to a new one, please follow the steps below.
- Download and install Mozaik on your new computer.
- Once you have installed Mozaik, you should read How to update Mozaik Software to the latest version, to ensure that you are running the most current version.
- After updating Mozaik, open it to be presented with a new UserID number. This UserID number is generated by your computer when you install Mozaik. It is a unique number that identifies each computer.
This UserID is not transferable between computers.
Please write down your new computer's UserID number, as you will need this shortly.
- To copy all of your data from your old computer, please browse to
C:\
and copy the entire Mozaik folder (C:\Mozaik
). Paste this folder onto a USB drive.
- Insert the USB onto your new computer. Copy and paste the Mozaik folder to
C:\Mozaik
. You are overriding the current Mozaik folder with a copy of your previous files and settings.
- Open Mozaik on your current computer. Navigate to the Help menu and click on About. You will see a screen that displays your current computer's UserID number. Please write this down.
- Email code@mozaiksoftware.com to request to transfer your license from one UserID to another.

- Mozaik will respond within 1-2 US business days with a new Authorization Code for your new UserID to activate Mozaik on your new computer.
- Please copy the Authorization code and paste it into the area provided (see below)

You can still access Mozaik on your old computer until the end of your monthly billing cycle.
